Here at Duck N’ Dive we are very reward driven. We believe that rewarding our swimmers for their hard work boosts morale and motivation. Every term, each instructor picks a child from each day that they teach to win our ‘swimmer of the term’ award, taking home a personalised trophy. This award isn’t just based on ability, we look at many different aspects like perseverance, willingness to learn and determination.
